We understand that a jewelry purchase can be a big decision, and we want you to be excited with your purchase with us.  For this reason, any non-custom, regularly stocked merchandise or gemstones may be exchanged, returned for store credit or returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase.  The jewelry must be in pristine condition  and not altered or worn, and all packaging (boxes) and/or documents (certificates, appraisals, etc.) given with the original purchase must be included with the return.

This policy does not apply to special orders, any form of custom work or items marked ‘final sale’.
